Wow.
Our Blackberry won another medal.  This time in the LA international wine & spirits competition.  This competition is open to any winery in the world, and receives close to 4000 entries every year.  Three blackberry wines won medals, two from the US and ours.

Sparkling Wine

Last weekend we managed to get our sparkling wine bottled.  Our blend of Bacchus / Gewurtztraminer / Ortega was put in 75 cases of heavy, sparkling bottles with a little sugar & some encapsulated yeast.
