 Salish - Blackberry Sparkling is now released only out of the winery!  The tasting room is closed but still open for sales by appointment.  This is a Brut traditional methode sparkling and just intense with Blackberry.  This is a very limited release because we are testing the market.  It is our pilot project because of the traditional methode for a fruit wine sparkling.  If interested in this, please call me at 250-748-5622.
