Fabulous Mulled Wine Recipe
This weekend we are open Friday, Saturday & Sunday (11-4 pm) - the last scheduled open days until May (we may choose to open once or twice during the winter, we’ll email our contact list & post here on the website beforehand).
We thought it would be fun to have a little extra treat in the tasting room, mulled wine. I went looking for a great recipe and found one on Jamie Oliver’s website (www.jamieoliver.com). I’ve modified it a bit, and we found that a combination of Pinot Noir & Blackberry worked wonderfully. We’re serving it in the tasting room all weekend, hope to see you then.
So here it is, a Rocky Creek Mulled wine.

Put everything except wine in a saucepan and add enough wine to just cover the sugar. Bring to a boil and boil rapidly for 5 minutes. Turn heat to low or simmer and add the remaining wine. The longer the better without boiling! Cheers!
