More medals…. 2nd consecutive gold for our Pinot Gris at the All Canadian Wine Championships
It’s been an eventful week. Results from two major wine competitions came in, adding 7 more medals to our total of 25 now.
We won a gold for our Pinot Gris 09. Second year in a row for this wine, and third year out of four.
We won silver for our Ortega 09. Third year in a row for the Ortega.
We won silver for our Wild Blackberry 08. Fourth year in a row for the Blackberry, best unfortified blackberry dessert wine in Canada 3 years in a row.
We won silver for our Katherine’s Sparkle 08. First year we made it and it did very well. It’s been sold out at the winery for months, but you can still find it at a few private wine & beer stores (Liquor Plus stores have it)
So great news, and validation that we’re still making some of the best wines in the pacific Northwest and Canada.
