Before dinner, try this with pates and gamey meats, such as venison and bison. The hard cheeses such as stilton and blue cheese are fantastic.
After dinner, try this by pouring over fruit or ice cream. For the best taste sensation, we would recommend chocolate. The chocolate melts on the mouth for that sensual texture and blackberry flows over the tongue for that wonderful synergy!
