The bubbles are traditional methode classique.  This is a blend of Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir which gives a lot of fresh respberries and strawberries on the nose.  It has a creamy palate of fruit and hints of rose petals with a dry, slightly mineral finish.

This is the sparkling made from our hot sellers in the winery, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir, so how could we go wrong.  This blush has already had great reviews and comments.  Sparklings should be enjoyed regularly and Vancouver Island is a region that should do very well with sparklings.  Cheers!
