New Release.  We are just selling this out of the tasting room.  This is a chance to taste the new vintage and purchase before it gets in the stores. 

This wine has been oaked in 3 oaks, Hungarian, French and American , which enhances the wine but yet gives room for the elegant fruit flavours that the traditional burgundy pinot noir is known for.

It has a wonderful lingering aroma and finishes off with a hint of butterscotch.  The pinot noir is a red that is very versatile and goes with everything.  Try it with spaghetti, pork or salmon.

Vancouver island red wine grapes are now winning awards because the style is very similar to the cool climate wines in Europe, such as Northern France.  Taste what is true to the region and local.  Cheers!
